Okay, I am trying to compile a theme for PixelFuckers SSC 2012 contest, but I am having trouble.  I am using the Windows Classic style, and I need to remove the Folder Band / Command Bar from my explorer windows.

Normally I use the tutorial on here: www.askvg.com/how-to-make-fold…

but for some reason, it does not seem to be working with Windows Classic.

Does anyone know how to remove the Folder Band / Command Bar while using the Windows Classic style?  I will be eternally grateful to whoever can help me out with this!

EDIT:  I got this working by editing the shell32.dll files in the System32 and SysWOW64 directories on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate SP1.  If anyone cares for the tutorial, let me know and I can probably dig it up :D

Thanks for the reply, but I actually fixed it by editing the shell32.dll file with Resource Hacker. Now I don't have to worry about editing a shellstyle for each individual theme :D
