Anyone know of a good software to change icons in Windows 8? Icon Packager seems a bit buggy.
Basically I really am trying to change the stupid "star" for the Favorites section in the Navigation pane. In Windows 7, this was done through Icon Packager (if I remember correctly), but I can't seem to do it in Windows 8.
Are there any options besides Icon Packager?

11/16 Heroic, Imperial Vizier can suck it
If anyone plays WoW, my guild has just downed our 11th heroic boss, Imperial Vizier and boy what a pain in the ass he was. In the end, it took us about 65 pulls over 3 nights of raiding to get him down but we finally did it. Now we're 11/16 Heroic bosses down, putting us at the overall rank of 10 on our realm, 5 if you only count the 25 man teams.

I kind of disappeared 6 months ago. A lot has happened since then. The house I was renting a room in was shut down for violations and the landlord, being the kind-hearted, nice person he is, waited until the very last minute to tell us of this, giving us a whole 7 days to find a new place to live. I was forced to move into a halfway house in Brooklyn and it was an absolute nightmare. I wound up having to stay there for 3 months while I looked for work and dealt with the stress of having a drug addicted, unstable landlord. Two shitty landlords in a row, how lucky am I?

Back in tha City
Well, I'm finally back in the city. My stay in NJ was a little (a lot) longer than I expected, but I'm back now. I'm going to look into making Pixel Perfekt into a forum community where people could post questions and share resources related to customization.
I'm also going to (finally) get to work on my personal web-site. I'm pretty handy when it comes to computers so I am going to offer computer troubleshooting and also some web-design services. I'll post any updates related to that on here.
I'm also playing World of Warcraft again, so if anyone would like to play, hit me up. I just started up again on the realm Zul'jin-US.

You can use Metro Iconpack Installer which will change all of those ugly win 7 icons to metroified ones. It's replacing resources not actual files (so no UAC shit popping up). Do not use Gnome Colors patcher yet coz it will fuck up your comp
